National Teaching Conference Wraps Up, Paving the Way for Educational Transformation in Cambodia

The inaugural National Teaching Conference (NTC), a groundbreaking event for Cambodia's education sector, was successfully held on August 24 and 25 at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia. This landmark conference, themed "Digital and Technology Integration: Tools in Reshaping Education," brought together a diverse group of over 1,500 educators, administrators, policymakers, and thought leaders, including international participants. Over the two-day event, attendees had the opportunity to share knowledge, foster collaboration, and explore innovative educational practices. The NTC marked a pivotal moment in Cambodia's educational landscape, demonstrating the country's commitment to embracing digital technologies and transforming teaching and learning.

Key Highlights of the Conference

Neak Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Mengly J. Quach Education delivered a welcome remark emphasizing that “this year's theme is really important for educators, policymakers, and thought leaders to discuss and find collaborative solutions to improve the learning experience of future generations.”

His Excellency Dr. Romny Om, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sports, applauded Mengly J. Quach Education in his welcoming address for its initiative in organizing the conference. He implored, “I would like to encourage both public and private schools, as well as the government, to join forces in brainstorming and transforming education in Cambodia to lead students to a brighter future.”
