Aii Language Center, Sen Sok Campus, proudly celebrated Green School Initiatives, a project inspired by the United Nations’ Zero Waste vision. The main goal is to raise awareness about how small, everyday actions can make a big difference in protecting our planet. (International Day of Zero Waste, 2025)

Under this theme, our teachers and students were encouraged to collaborate in hands-on environmental projects. We entitled the next generation to learn through experience - planting flowers and trees and nurturing a sense of collective responsibility. These interactive, on-the-ground activities and values would continue to shape their future well beyond the classroom, implanting a lifelong respect for nature and a commitment to sustainable living. Students were encouraged to bring reusable bottles, containers, and bags to reduce waste. They also took part in recycling activities by transforming old or used materials from their daily lives into creative new products and toys. In addition, they learned how to separate recyclable and non-recyclable waste properly, helping them understand the importance of waste management. Teachers also integrated environmental lessons into classroom activities, such as art projects made from recycled materials, discussions on how pollution affects our planet, and videos about protecting natural resources. Through these simple yet meaningful actions, students developed a sense of responsibility and awareness toward creating a cleaner and more sustainable environment.
